Annual Sponsorship & Community Investment

The Wolf Creek Cherokee Tribe, Inc. welcomes annual sponsorships from organizations, institutions, and partners seeking to make meaningful, sustained contributions to cultural preservation, education, and community engagement across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Annual sponsorships support the Tribe’s year-round programs and initiatives, including cultural education, archaeological preservation, land stewardship, museum programming, and statewide outreach. These partnerships are designed for organizations committed to long-term community investment and measurable impact.

The Tribe’s work extends beyond its membership, serving schools, communities, institutions, and the general public throughout Virginia. Sponsorship support allows this work to remain accessible, culturally grounded, and responsibly managed.

Purpose of Annual Sponsorship

Annual sponsorships provide vital program-supported funding that strengthens the Tribe’s operational capacity while ensuring continuity of services. These contributions help sustain:

Cultural and educational programming offered statewide
Preservation and protection of archaeological and cultural resources
Museum operations and public education initiatives
Land stewardship projects, including farming, seed saving, environmental restoration, and habitat protection
Community engagement and outreach across diverse populations

These sponsorships reflect shared values of community benefit, responsible stewardship, and long-term reinvestment.

Community Investment & Accountability

The Wolf Creek Cherokee Tribe Inc. recognizes the importance of transparency and accountability in institutional partnerships.

All annual sponsors receive:

An annual impact summary outlining how funds were utilized
Narrative reporting highlighting program outcomes and community reach
Documentation of cultural, educational, and community-based impact

This reporting supports organizational requirements related to community reinvestment, public service, and mission-aligned giving.
